Terms of Service
Tuesday Guild Player Portal — portal.tuesdayguildgames.com Effective: June 18, 2026
The basics
The Player Portal lets you create an account and play games made by Tuesday Guild Games, an Ohio LLC ("we"/"us"). By signing up or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The Portal is in beta. Games and features may change, break, or disappear at any time.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 to sign up. If you're under the age of majority where you live, your parent or guardian agrees to these Terms for you.
Your account
- Pick a username (this is public — other players see it), a display name, an email, and a password.
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- Don't share, sell, or hand off your account.
- Tell us at contact@tuesdayguildgames.com if someone gets into your account.
Access levels
Some games are open to everyone. Others are beta-only and require beta tester status, which we grant (and can remove) at our discretion. If you're a beta tester, the Beta Tester Terms also apply.
Don't try to reach content, accounts, or data you aren't allowed to — including by messing with sessions or sharing logins.
Rules
Don't:
- Break into or poke at things you don't have access to, including the leaderboard API.
- Fake, automate, or manipulate scores.
- Reverse engineer, datamine, or rip assets from the games (unless the law says you can).
- Use bots or scrapers that strain our systems.
- Upload malware or break the Portal.
- Harass or impersonate others, or pick an offensive or impersonating username.
- Use the Portal to do anything illegal.
Who owns what
We own the Portal and the games — code, art, music, characters, designs, text, and trademarks. You get a personal, limited license to play them for fun. You don't get to copy, sell, or modify them.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or bug reports, we can use them freely, with no payment or credit owed to you. (Beta testers: see the Beta Tester Terms for more.)
Beta = no guarantees
The Portal is unfinished. Games may be buggy or removed, and scores or progress may be reset or lost. We're not responsible for that.
No warranties
The Portal and games are provided "as is," with no guarantees of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits, or progress. Our total liability for any claim won't exceed USD $100.
Ending things
You can stop anytime and ask us to delete your account at contact@tuesdayguildgames.com. We can suspend or close your account anytime, especially if you break these rules. The parts that should outlast your account (ownership, feedback, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability) still apply afterward.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll let you know of big changes through the Portal or email. Keep using the Portal and you're accepting the update.
Law
These Terms follow the laws of Ohio, USA, and disputes go to the courts in Licking County, Ohio.
