Beta Tester Terms

Tuesday Guild Player Portal — portal.tuesdayguildgames.com Effective: June 18, 2026

These apply if we make you a beta tester. They add to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By opening any beta-only game or feature, you agree to them.

Beta access

Tuesday Guild Games (an Ohio LLC, "we"/"us") can give you early access to unreleased games and features ("Beta Content"). It's a privilege we can take back anytime. Beta Content is unfinished — expect bugs, changes, and resets.

Keep it confidential

As a beta tester, you'll see non-public stuff. That includes unreleased games and features, designs, art, story, roadmaps, bugs, and anything in beta channels.

While you're a tester and for 2 years after, don't:

  • Share, post, stream, screenshot, or record any of it outside the beta program.
  • Talk about Beta Content publicly (social media, videos, outside forums or Discords) without our written OK.
  • Use it for anything except testing and giving us feedback.
  • Let anyone else use your beta access.

This doesn't cover things that become public on their own, that you already knew, or that you're legally forced to share (tell us first if you can).

Your feedback becomes ours

Any ideas, suggestions, or bug reports you give us become ours to use freely, with no payment or credit owed. You agree you won't later claim we took your idea. This protects both of us.

No ownership of Beta Content

You can access Beta Content only to test it. You don't own it and can't copy, datamine, or reverse engineer it (unless the law says you can).

If you break this

Leaks can cause harm that money can't fix, so we may seek a court order to stop it, on top of any other remedy.

After beta

We can end your beta status anytime. The confidentiality, feedback, ownership, and remedies sections still apply afterward.
